Questions

Not sure exactly what you need yet?

That’s completely normal. Many clients arrive with a mixture of software, providers and DIY spreadsheets. Part of our role is to simplify all of that into one clear, joined-up plan.

Can I start with the basics and add more later?
Yes. We’ll agree a minimum level of support to keep you compliant and confident, then you can add bookkeeping, payroll or advisory as your business evolves.
Do you work with clients outside Dorset?
Absolutely. While we’re based in the South West, many of our clients are fully remote. We use cloud software, secure portals, email and video calls to keep everything running smoothly.
How are your fees structured?
Typically we work on a fixed monthly fee, so you know exactly what you’re paying. Any one-off projects (such as historic clean-up work or a migration) are quoted upfront before we begin.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We aim to build long-term relationships, but we keep things flexible. We’ll explain our terms clearly and you’ll always know what’s included in your package.
