While every business is different, many of the challenges are similar – keeping on top of bookkeeping, managing VAT and payroll, planning for tax and understanding cashflow. We bring sector experience together with practical, straight-talking advice.

  • Owner-managed businesses wanting clear visibility on profit and cash.
  • Landlords and property companies needing joined-up accounts and tax support.
  • Trades, contractors and agencies juggling projects, CIS and VAT.

Questions

Not sure if we’re the right fit for your sector?

That’s a common starting point – especially if your business has multiple income streams or sits between categories. A short conversation is usually enough to work out whether we’re a good match or point you in the right direction.

Do you only work with the sectors listed here?
No. These are simply the areas we work with most often. If your business isn’t listed, we can still help – we’ll just spend a bit of time understanding how you operate before recommending a setup.
Can you work with businesses outside Dorset?
Yes. Many of our clients are fully remote. We use cloud accounting software, secure document sharing and video calls to work with businesses across the UK.
Do different sectors have different fee levels?
Fees are based mainly on the level of work involved – bookkeeping volume, number of staff, complexity and reporting needs – rather than just your sector. We’ll always explain how a quote is put together.
What if we already have some systems in place?
That’s absolutely fine. We’ll review what you’re using now and either build around it or recommend a tidy-up or migration plan if that’s going to save time and reduce errors in the long run.
